Japan to reopen to mass tourism in October 2022

Prime Minister Kishida announced in New York City, where he was visiting on the evening of March 22 (Japan Standard Time),

over the waterfront measures for the new Corona virus,

that he plans to remove the cap on the number of people who can enter Japan,

allow free personal travel, and waive visa requirements for short-term stays beginning next month, on the 11th of March.

There are also reports of more snow this year due to La Niña phenomenon.

Hakuba Base Camp is right in front of MAHOROBA and has very good access to the ski resort.

There is also an attached ramen restaurant on the first floor.

We are so exciting to welcoming you this coming winter.
